DETOX MORNING TEA

 Detox morning tea


You need to get:


1 and ¾ cups water

Sliced, peeled ginger chunks

Turmeric, 1 tsp

Cinnamon ⅓ tsp

Cayenne pepper, ½ tsp

Honey, organic, 1 tbsp

Lemmon oil (essential), 2 drops


Method:


Let the water boil and put it in the mug after boiling. Add ginger to the mug and leave this alone for 5 minutes to steep. Toss in the rest of the items above, and mix well. Enjoy!
